I have toyed with various API routines via VB6, with very little success...it is simple to control the Console via code, but a bear to control what's inside of the Console.
BTW: we use SilkTest for our Windows products
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">I've used SilkTest for DOS apps. I downloaded a custom SilkTest DOS handler from this site and it works pretty well. If you're interested, let me know and I'll try to dig it up.
Another option: Perl is very powerful, and the price is right.
