I don't think there are any special books on any specific tool. You have to go through the standard books available for automation testing. For specific tools you have to refer either manual provided by the tool vendor or Help available in the tool

I found the book 'Automated Software Testing' by Elfriede Dustin, Jeff Rashka and John Paul very useful.
They have input from Rational gurus like Andy Tinkham and Chris Welch.
