Testing tool for web application that uses JSP
I'm a beginner in using automation testing tools.
I'm currently evaluating SW testing tools for our web application that uses JSP, sevlets, applets and so on...
Rational Robot seemed to be good so far... E-Test...... still give some doubts, since we have a business provess application and content of pages is changing every minute... and then recording all the properties and values on the page is not that useful....
Though maybe I'm mistaken and it can be handled with other tools within this soft. I need your help, who is more experienced in this question!!!
Thank you in advance,

If your project is developed using whatever technologies like ASP, JSP, Servlets and Perl, finally it is viewed by Browser as a HTML page. So all the web testing tools, you can use to your project.
Apart from that for applets, most of the tools doesn't have support. Applets testing can be able to execute by tools, which have Java support. You can try WinRunner, Rational Robot and Silk Test.
Any pros and cons?
Thanks & Regards,
