Hmm I cant do a quick overview of anything see my automation document in downloads is similar in feel to Visual Test but better. It works more like a development language the IDE is similar to development (like Visual studio) IDE.
Still not quite as slick as the major test tools but could automate all the apps they could.
I've been using AQTest 1.5 for a good while now at my present company and have had no problems. I have communicated with you before over this, sometime last year I think
If you are a registered user of AQTest now you should be getting notification from AutomatedQA of the beta release of TestComplete. I suggest all who are interested in either AQTest or soon to be known as TestComplete visit www.automatedqa.com and then join their newsgroups. Heaps of good info there.
I have been working with both AQTest and TestComplete (Beta 2). TestComplete, as any beta programs, has a few bugs to be ironed out but AutomatedQA is very good at responding to user problems/requests. If you use a developement tool that is supported for their DebugInfo Agent, it is amazing what you can do with the program.
