Custom made dialog boxes in TSL
I want to create a customised input dialog box. When I read the content
of a file line by line I want to be able to enter my own search
variable, which I can then test. Is there a standard way in TSL to
create such a box or do I need to create my own gui from scratch.
Anyone who can help (BTW I'm new to WinRunner TSL scripting language,
so have patience with me).
Re: Custom made dialog boxes in TSL
You could use the TSL function “create_input_dialog”.
To get a quick preview of this function try the following in winrunner:
x = create_input_dialog("This is a test");
For more info check out Chapter 25 “Creating Dialog Boxes for Interactive Input” in the WinRunner User’s Guide.
