For the most part, Selenium webdriver will work. I've used it in a past project in the past.
One thing to keep in mind through, are wordpress plugins, especially the more complex ones will run inside iframes. (it's the quick and dirty way of creating a self contained space) What that means is, you might find yourself doing a lot of frame/window switching within a Selenium test, which can be annoying to deal with.
Currently, I am manually testing WordPress projects.
I would like to find an automation testing tool which I can use for both front-end and back-end.
Please suggest me the best.
Thanks in advance,
You can try our product "eureQa" https://www.sayeureqa.com/ - it is built on top of selenium and makes it extremely easy to switch between frames and windows.
