In the company I work at; we have an inhouse automation tool and also a commercial one.
Now for ISO certification they are asking if the tools are certified for usage with our product.
Does anyone have any idea what should be in a document to describe this?
I thought that this at least needs to say that:
- Bugs are being reported via Rational ClearQuest
- Unittests are run after each build
- New versions are released by having a meeting with the different automation engineers to discuss the new features/fixed bugs.
Any idea on what should be in there, am I on the right track?
Any examples of what this contains for commercial tools?
