Using Hammer CallMaster for IVR testing
can't find a more appropriate board but this one.
I am using Hammer CallMaster for automated IVR testing. I am new to that tool.
Does anyone know how can I make a decision based on prompt heard? For example, I heard prompt 1, go "activate card" path, I heard prompt 2, go for "customer service path.
Is there any Hammer tool user discussion forum? I googled but couldn't find one.
Re: Using Hammer CallMaster for IVR testing
As per the question u had asked , i guess u want to check which prompt audio is getting played at runtime and depending on the prompt played you want to go for a particular DTMF entry . For this you have to use variable and checking the value of variable . Before the prompt is played declare a variable and if prompt 1 is played assign variable value "a" and if prompt 2 is played assign the value "b" to variable . After this you can check the value of variable and accordingly provide the DTMF entry . Only caution that you have to take is using the runtime connectors ( red and green ) , because runtime path will not be generated when you will generate the scripts . Hope you can try on this format . Anyways i am also a new user for this tool .
