Re: Getting error when launching AutoCzar
"This is security issue. The user doesn't have proper admin previlages in the system. Due to this the AutoCzar folder files after the installation gets into read only mode. One has to make sure that the system user has the admin privilages and the AutoCzar doesnt gets into read only mode.
If still issue exists, kindly uninstall the AutoCzar and reinstall in any other drive than the Local drive. This should resolve the issue."
Getting error sending mail
Once my testsuite is complete it is sending mail which does get to the reciever, however i get an error sending mail. I want to run the testsuite every 1 hour but autoczar can not proceed until the dialogue box is answered by human means. "Sending mail failed: smtp exception" [message-The operation has timed out]. what should i do to get rid of this or to send success mail?
Re: Getting error sending mail
Kindly ensure that the firewall and the email scan options are disabled before performing the execution with email sending option checked in the test suite level configuration.
capture all properties of an object into object
How to capture all the properties of an object into object registrar?
Re: capture all properties of an object into object
"AutoCzar automatically captures the primary attributes essential to identify an Object. However, you may follow the steps listed below if you want to add the other attributes for an Object:
1. You may spy the Object attributes using the UI Digger.
2. Stop the Spy once you have pointed to the right Object whose attributes and values get displayed in the Spy.
3. Right Click on the Attribute which you intend to add and copy its value.
4. Close the Spy and go back to the Object Register in AutoCzar.
5. Select a row in the Physical Mapping of the Object for which you intend to add an attribute and Right Click.
6. Chose the Add option in the context menu.
7. Enter the Attribute name.
8. Right Click on the Value cell for this newly added attribute and chose ""Paste"".
You can also add other attributes to diff object types in Object identification settings provided the object supports that attribute."
use of the \"Global Variables\"
How to make use of the "Global Variables" in AutoCzar:
Re: use of the \"Global Variables\"
AutoCzar uses the convention of denoting:
Local Variables with the starting character of $ (For example - $LocalVariableName)
""Global Variables"" the convention is to use double dollars - $$ (For example - $$GlobalVariableName).
